STUDIO RENTAL
Commercial use: If the reservation cancellation is done earlier than 30 days before the (first) reservation, you are required to pay the administration fee (30€). If the reservation cancellation is done later than 30 days before the (first) reservation, you are required to pay the whole fee.
Non-commercial use: Payment must be made in advance, and the payment is binding. Reservations can be made after the payment, at the pace the customer wishes (please note that if you book at least 36h before the reservation, we can better guarantee your reservation wishes). Once a booking is made, it is binding.
PRIVATE CLASSES / BACHELOR(ETTE) CLASSES
If the cancellation is done earlier than 30 days before, you are required to pay the administration fee + studio rent (55€).
If the cancellation is done later than 30 days before, you are required to pay the whole fee.
COURSES, WORKSHOPS & TAILORED SMALL GROUP COURSES
If the course has to be canceled by the organizer before it starts, the customer will get their money back in full. If the course has to be shortened by the organizer, the customer will get back 90% of the unrealized hours. If the course is postponed in cooperation with the organizer and the customer, or if the customer themselves interrupts the course of their own choice, the fees are binding.
SHOWS & INVITATIONAL WORKSHOPS
If the cancellation is done earlier than 30 days before, you are required to pay a cancellation fee (200€).
If the cancellation is done later than 30 days before, you are required to pay the whole show/workshop fee.
INSTRUCTOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
Hourly rate for teaching: 100€/h (incl.vat24%)
+ travel (km compensation if outside Helsinki)
+ accomodation (if over-night workshop; home hosting also fine if own room, no dogs/feathers)
+ food(expenses) (if over 5h workhop and/or overnight stay.)
Payment: after the workshop(s) you’ll receive an electronic invoice with a two week notice.

Notice:
The miminum amount of hours of teaching per day: 2,5h.
Maximum amount of hours of teaching per day: 6h.
Private classes can also be arranged but agreed upon separately.
Performances, auditing/judging and social dance participation can be arranged but must be agreed upon separately.
